True North To Open for Member Play
After what many Michiganders consider one of the longest and snowiest winters in memory, True North Golf Club will open for member play on Thursday, May 22nd.
“The golf course made it through the winter with flying colors and is already starting to green up,” said new True North General Manager Matt Payne. “We’re excited to welcome back current members as well as introduce new members to True North.” In time when large country clubs are the norm, True North offers its members an exclusive club designed for golf purists. Limited membership ensures outstanding course conditions and an unhurried atmosphere.
True North is an exclusive private destination golf club which caters to a national membership and their guests. The Club is nestled in the forest above Harbor Springs, Michigan – just five miles from the shore of Little Traverse Bay. Designed by award‐winning architect Jim Engh, True North will test your golf game and reward well‐played shots. The Club’s focus is on high levels of personal service coupled with a low volume atmosphere to create quality Member experiences in a comfortable and relaxing setting. In addition to the incredible golf course at True North, members and their guests may enjoy on‐site lodging in fully‐appointed cottages, a full‐service golf shop and dining in the Compass Room.
